pretty much I wanna know what yall do when u cant sleep? cuz I have problems sleeping lately and i get bored but im stuck away like even now, i got 4hours of sleep yesterday morning, cuz i went to bed at 5and woke up at 9, and im still up and its 3am what in the hell.....

idk bud, my only problem is that whenever i go to sleep i always wake up at 8 am lol

If u did some sport u would have no problem with sleeping.
Do some activity and ull not have such problem

i do thierry i go run or walk atleast 10miles a day thats a combonation of walking and running... but still cant sleep

i like to listen audiobooks)then i fall to sleep very fast

when I cant sleep I count to 200 and it rly work u should try

when i cant sleep i watch some booooring movie......it always makes me fall asleep in 5 minutes

Usually I play wow when i can't sleep. WowTorn is boring as hell so that makes me sleepy rofl.

You could try doing 100 push-ups before you sleep, your body will be wasted and you can pass out on the bed easily. If 100 is not that much, then do as much until your body starts trembling and you cant lift your arms.

Turkey meat has a chemical which makes people drowsy and milk soothes the nerves

Like what i do before going to sleep is play a game or something, awesome one is Robot Unicorn Attack, then when i go to bed i keep thinking of that and i slowly go to sleep while thinking of it and that way you also get messed up dreams WIN WIN !!!

Actuatly I slept pretty good the other night. probly because my girl was over and we had our fun, took a shower and cuddle while watching a movie and passed out, but i slept REALLY GOOD!... emphasizing the GOOD part.

Sex is a good excersice lol.
